We are looking for a new team member to join us as an Admin Assistant. We want someone who takes pride in being organised, reliable, and genuinely helpful to both our team and our clients. This role is about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so that we can continue to deliver an excellent service to the businesses we work with.

We are not looking for someone to simply tick boxes and file papers. We want someone who will bring care and attention to detail into everything they do, making sure our clients and our team feel properly supported. From managing schedules and preparing documents, to handling communications and helping projects move forward, this role is key in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

We are not looking for someone who just wants to turn up and get paid! This role is for someone who values doing a good job and being part of something that matters.

Duties will include: Completing admin paperwork accurately and efficiently. Managing service bookings. Calling and maintaining regular contact with existing clients and supporting strong working relationships. Taking clear notes and following up on actions to keep everything on track. Noticing when things need doing and stepping in to keep the wheels of processing oiled. Helping to organise, coordinate, and support the smooth running of the office so the whole team can focus on delivering the best possible service for our clients.
